When I started at PMI they were a 30 person group doing just a couple of million dollars a year. Today PMI has over 500 employees in 3 states, and multiple divisions. My last year there, we hit $175 million dollars.
In fact, we started passing on any business that couldn’t bring in a minimum of $1,000,000 net income in the first year. Trust me, we passed up on some pretty sweet looking deals!
